研究方向：研究主要集中于衰老的代谢控制的研究。结合百岁老人遗传分析（全基因组关联分析及GWAS）以及线虫模型，建立了“百岁老人遗传-表型资源库”。结合前期的天然产物研究，建立了“衰老干预小分子资源库”。通过两个特色库的交叉研究，以及线虫和小鼠等模式生物验证和机制研究，期望发掘一批能够调控机体代谢，延缓衰老，促进健康老龄化的药物先导分子。
