Research Interests

Our Lab focuses on identification of aging-related genes and assessment of their contributions to aging-associated cardiovascular diseases by multiple omics tools in human population-based studies (centenarians and patients with cardiovascular diseases). We are interested in understanding the mechanisms of programmed endothelial cell senescence induced by clinically relevant pathological stimuli and the potential translational uses of these knowledge.
